Tsunami Disaster Based Fraud Letter

From: Another Santa Maria letter with the Red Cross added

Where did this letter come from?  This letter was sent without the Full Headers, so it cannot be tracked.  The SWIFT code they want their targets to use to wire money is for UBS (Union Bank Suisse).  In fact, there is a UBS branch in Seoul.  Does this make the request legitimate?  Not at all.  There is absolutely nothing in this letter that provides the target with the opportunity to do any independent research, or to verify that this is a non-profit, tax deductible organization.  Remember the donation rules!
