Where did this letter come from?  This letter originated in Romania and traveled through Germany to the US.  The actual URL for the Red Cross is www.redcross.org.  The picture was lifted from the American Red Cross web site in order to make the letter look authentic.  The fraudulent web site below has been removed from the Internet.
