Tsunami scam letter: Jimmy Lee

Where did this letter come from? This origin of this letter is all over the place because of loops for misdirection. Regardless, it did come out of the UK (see the Time Zone below: +0000).

Good Day My name is Joseph A. Beta, i am a victim of the Tsunami quake flood, i came to london some few days (6th of Dec. 2004) before the quake flood happen (26th Dec. 2004) i got information from skynews while in London that the quake flood killed people in my country Somalia and other countries, its was really sad for me because i spoke with my parents few days before the quake flood, i went back to Africa, Somalia, and find out that all my family was gone, my father and mother was dead am left with only my sister of 8yrs and my self are the only surviving children of my family,go to this link for more information. <http://www.afrol.com/articles/15120> my father was a gold marchant and a top contractor in my country who had made so much money, because of the civil war from Gold Business, and also selling arms to the rebels,he even had a big wood company in Somalia but all was gone now, i went to my father lawyer in Somalia and ask him about my father's will and he gave me all my father documents and testament of my late father and i am the next of kin to my late father after much pressure and disagreement because he thought i will not know that my father left a will but which i know he altered some of the informations in the will. I know that he has stole or hide some informations from me, but because of my situation and what has happenned to my family i can't do anything to him for now but afterwhich i later found out in the documents that my dad has deposited some money ($18million usa dollars) in a Security Company in London that and that was the only informations the lawyer left and i immediately called the company for the claim of the funds, but they told me that my dad has already registered the funds on express transfer to a foregin partner to help him claim the funds. I need your help so i can cliam the funds because i dont know who the foreign partner is but i have all the informations of the claim and the address of the company in London. I KNOW THAT WITH YOUR HELP AS MY PARTNER WE CAN CLAIM THE ONLY THING I FEEL THAT ME AND MY LIITLE SISTER HAVE IN THIS WORLD NOW AND PLEASE DONT DISAPPOINT ME.
