Please notice that we have 3 separate company names in this email: Marcus Textiles, Labo Investment Fabric & Textiles, and our personal favorite: Anything Investment Fabrics & Textiles.  All the Marcus Wright letters are the same.

This sort of confusion occurs when a scammer is running more than one scam form letter at a time, doesn't really have his or her act together, and isn't very bright.  The experienced and well-trained scammers never make such mistakes.

We have seen each of the 3 fake company names in their own individual form letter emails sent in to us by viewers.

Remember: the only way one can process payments for a company is to open a bank account in that company's name and deposit the checks there.  To open such an account, one must have the company's documents allowing such action, and the signature card must be signed by a company officer, NOT YOU.  All the checks must be made out to the company, and ONLY to the company.  To receive checks made out to you for the company's services or products is called Diversion of Funds, is a criminal act, and leaves you subject to charges of Money Laundering and Theft.

representative/book keeper in the states.  

My company produces various clothing materials, batiks, assorted fabrics and
traditional costume which we have clients we supply weekly in the states.
My clients make payments for our supplies every week in form of Money Orders
which are not readily cashable outside the United States, So we need someone
in the States to work as our representative and assist us in processing the
payments from our clients and i will pay him weekly salary.

 
ALL U NEED TO DO IS RECEIVE THIS PAYMENTS FROM OUR CLIENTS IN THE STATES GET
IT CASHED IN YOUR BANK THEN DEDUCT YOUR WEEKLY PAY AND FOWARD THE BALANCE TO
THE COMPANY DOWN HERE VIA WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER.
Our payments will be issued out in your full name and you can get them
cashed in your bank as these is the only pace my company can be safe as to
let you cash the money orders you will then need to deduct your weekly
salary and foward the balance to the company via western
union money transfer
 
SO ALL I NEED IS TO FOWARD YOUR INFORMATIONS TO OUR CLIENTS IN THE STATES
AND THEY ISSUE PAYMENTS IN FORM OF MONEY ORDERS, THEN SEND IT TO U VIA MAIL
OR COURIER.
I will need your Full name, Residential Address and Phone Number so we can
foward it toour clients and they will start making payments to you as the
company'representative in the states
 
I WILL EMAIL YOU A LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT FROM OUR COMPANY WHICH YOU HAVE TO
REPLY WITH AN ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND A SCANNED COPY OF YOUR INDETIFICATION
ATTACHED
TO IT.
 
AS SOON AS WE CONFIRM ANY PAYMENT COMING TO YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW AND I
WILL GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION TO SEND FUNDS TO THE COMPANY VIA WESTERN UNION
MONEY TRANSFER.
