Letter Source Report: This letter appears to have originated in Sydney, Australia according to the VisualRoute results.  The Spam report goes to abuse@bigpond.com and abuse@team.telstra.com.

NOTE: The Header states that the scam letter was sent by Robert Duncan from a Lycos email address (Not the Netscape address used in the letter), but the letter is signed by Patricia Mark.  The Duncan phone number is for a Netherlands cell phone.  Interestingly enough, the fax number is a Netherlands cell phone, too!

As for the web site: apexfinanceandinvestmentgroup.net, it is non-existent and leads to a Yahoo geocities under construction address.  On top of that, it is registered through an Australian registry service, but the contact address is located in Miami, US.  The registrant's name and address are probably false.  The misuse of the web site has been reported to Yahoo.
