I am Mr. Musa Zakari personal/Account Manager to Mr.Alfred Ross and also am a staff to the Bank (ECOBANK INTERNATIONAL PLC) in the bills and Exchange department of the Foreign Remittance of the Bank. Mr. Alfred Ross is a German and among one of our numerous foreing customers whom untimely death wiped off alongside with entire family in a plane crash in October 1998.  Before the untimely death, He manages his private company (ALfredo Constructions Ltd) in which I was opportune to handle his foriegn fund transactions on his behalf.  In his private personal account, he has a fixed deposit fund totaling the sum of Ten million, Five Hundred and Twenty two
thousand United States Dollar (USD 10.522M) after it maturity in October 1999, one year after his untimely death.  As His account manager all my effort to trace
relations proved abortive, and time is no longer on my side as the banking rules stipulates.  Recently the January 27th Bomb explosion in Lagos-Nigeria had
finally sealed up my doubt as no one could put up a claim for the dilapidated building distroyed by the explosion which government had agreed to disburse
owners of properties destroyed by the incident. The bone of contention now is that I have the mandate to appoint any one that can put up a claim as the next
of kin (foriegner) for safety and subsequent disbursement.  so am proposing to you believing it will be kept highly confidential and also hoping you will be willing to support and cooperate in carrying out this business opportunity at our disposal.  On acceptance to this, I agreed to release 30% of total fund to you as my foriegn patner after completion of transaction and I will fly down to your Country for my disbursement based on agreement. Note that we have few
weeks to this transaction as the banking laws and guidelines stipulates that if such fund remained unclaimed for a period of four years, it will be transfered into the bank treasury as unclaimed fund. Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of fund to you as indicated.

(1) You will have to apply to the bank as next of kin to the deceased.

(2) You will indicate his banking particulars which is (i) account Name= Alfred J. Ross. (2) Account Number =22008735287 (3) Type of Account Fixed deposit.

(3) Finally you will indicate your bank name account number where you want this fund to be lodged or remitted. 

Upon reciept of your reply indicating your interest, I will send to you an application text and give you necessary guidelines to expedite action immdediately. Meanwhile, send me your phone/fax numbers.
