Report:
This "winning notification" is a form letter.
That means that I have received the exact same letter from
different contributors,
with all the same numbers but different mailing dates.
Since this is the only one to arrive with the full email
header, I am unable to tell you if it is being sent by
different con artists from different locations.
Please note that it is addressed to "Dear Sir/Madam" which
is pretty silly since they are supposedly notifying a
specific person that they have won.
Also notice the use of the word "fiducial"
instead of fiduciary. This is the typical type of
error made in Nigerian Scam Letters.
This letter was sent from an IP server in Nijmegen
in The Netherlands, near the German border. VisualRoute WHOIS result shows that a Spam
REPORT should be directed to
abuse@prioritytelecom.nl
