Letter Source Report: This letter originated from a Netherlands ISP. The majority of these letters do originate in that country. The Netherlands is a haven for Nigerian expatriates; this is encouraged by the current Nigerian regime's NIDO-Netherlands initiative. While there are many hard-working, honest Nigerians working in Holland, Nigerian swindlers have moved into the area and are sadly once again giving Nigeria a bad name.

VisualRoute WHOIS result shows that a Spam report should be directed to abuse@prioritytelecom.nl and/or to postmaster@a200.nl. I opted for the latter.
