The World Bank

Founded in 1944, the World Bank Group consists of five closely associated institutions: the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD); International Development Association (IDA), International Finance Corporation (IFC); Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA); and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).  The World Bank's main funding focus is to middle-income and poor nations in the areas of Education, HIV/Aids research and prevention, Health Programs, Debt Relief, Biodiversity Projects, countries emerging from conflict, and it is a leader in the fight against corruption worldwide.

Neither the World Bank nor any of its individual members endorses HIGH-YIELD INVESTMENT PROGRAMS, nor any other such investment scheme.  Do not hesitate to contact them should you be approached with an investment scheme supposedly backed or endorsed by the World Bank.  You can find a branch of the World Bank in almost every major city around the world.
