Bank Purchase Orders

Truth:

A purchase order written by a bank or bank department to order supplies.

Scam:

Purchase orders are not used by banks to exchange securities, purchase securities, or sell securities of any kind.  This is yet another favorite term used in financial fraud.

There does exist a MATCHED SALE-PURCHASE AGREEMENT which is an action by the Federal Reserve to restrict the supply of funds (reserves) banks have available to lend.

Fraudsters describe a Bank Purchase Order as an instrument to be obtained from a top ranking bank whereby securities are purchased in bulk under contract with a DEALER  or Trader for resale in the secondary market.
